Located on the Stuart Highway, 180 kilometres north of Alice Springs, Red Centre Farm was established in 1988. The bush was cleared and mango trees planted to supply fruit to Alice Springs. Within a pristine sub-tropical climate the 3,000-tree orchard produces over 75 tonnes of premium quality mangoes each year.
The farm sells a range of mango products including hot or sweet chutneys, conserves, sauces and toppings, mineral water and frozen fruit. There is a small charge for tastings of the popular range of mango wines and liqueur for sale.
